An invoice will be sent to your email after confirming the appointment. Payment is required before delivery of the Photos. No checks accepted, thank you.

is there a fee for CANCELLATION?

No fee applied if cancellation notice is given 24 hours prior to your appointment, this will ease rescheduling you at a more appropriate time and open your time slot to others. 

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a $25 cancelation fee. 

How long will it take to photograph my property?

The amount of time required to properly photograph a home or commercial building can vary greatly.  The biggest factors are the size of the property, how ready for photos it is and the photo set purchased.  As a general guideline plan on at least 1 hour for a basic photo shoot.  Large homes and commercial or retail buildings can take longer for photography, we’ll go over time frames upon order confirmation.

Times are referenced for the action of photography and any accompanying equipment. A surcharge may be applied to properties that are not photo ready or if delays are made by cleaning, staging, moving items furniture, etc.


Ideally,  4 - 5 days notice should be provided in order to get your preferred date and time.  Last minute, day of or next day appointment requests may be available, but it is best not to rely on that.  The more notice you can provide the better.

For video, a minimum of 7 days notice is required to book the appointment.

How can I help prepare my client's (or my) home for a real estate photo shoot?

The neater and cleaner your home or business is, the better it will photograph.  Always start with a good cleaning.  To help homeowners and realtors prepare for the photo shoot, read the CHECKLIST online or download a PDF copy here. It is recommended to review this list several days prior to the photo shoot to give a comfortable amount of time to get the listing to an optimal appeal.

Do I have to meet you at the home to give you access?

No, we can meet the home owner, agent or other specified individual. We can access a contractor / mechanical lock, Supra lockbox (CBS required) and flower pot or rock.

What if the weather is bad on the day of my shoot?

If the weather is bad on the day of your scheduled shoot, you will be given the opportunity, at no charge, to reschedule for the next available open shoot date.  If you chose to proceed with the shoot as scheduled, regardless of the weather, please understand prices do not include digital processing to correct for unfavorable weather conditions, if those corrections are possible.
